Below are the documents and information you will need once you have booked a trip aboard Juliet.

Cancellation Policy: Juliet Sailing and Diving will not offer refunds for charters cancelled or shortened due to adverse weather, acts of God, or events not within the reasonable control of Juliet Sailing and Diving. We strongly suggest that you obtain travel insurance for your vacation, especially during hurricane season.

Boat location, departure times, and packing list.

Passenger Information Form
Please complete this on-line form a minimum of one month prior to your departure date.

Liability Release
Please print, read, sign and bring with you on the trip and present to the designated crew member along with your Passport and Port Fees. We do have extras on board but since you cannot sail if you do not sign the release, we like to give everyone the opportunity to read the document prior to the trip.

List of offerings and pricing for item such as nitrox, marine specialty class, gear rental, picture cd, etc.
